Our Fees and Insurance Policies

We expect that you will pay for your appointment on the day of your visit and we will charge your credit card the morning of your appointment.     

We do not bill insurance companies or accept insurance payments.

However, our services may be fully or partly covered by your insurance or employee benefit plan or covered once you have met your deductible. Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your insurance company with your questions before your first visit with us.

We will provide you with a statement/receipt which you may submit on your own to your insurance company if you are eligible to be reimbursed for your care.


We’ve opted-out of Medicare, which means that we do not bill Medicare or accept Medicare payments.

What that means for you is that if you are covered by Medicare, you cannot submit your statement/receipt to receive reimbursement for your office visits with us from either Medicare or your secondary insurance company. This is a Medicare rule/regulation and it applies to all doctors who opt out of Medicare.

If you are covered by Medicare, or become covered by Medicare during your treatment with us, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately so that we can present you with the appropriate opt-out notification and agreement for you to review and sign before you begin or continue treatment with us.

We cannot proceed without your signature and consent on this crucial document.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss a scheduled appointment because of illness, emergencies, or other obligations. We know. We’ve been there, too.

However, if you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you prevent another patient from getting much needed treatment or from being seen that day for an urgent problem.

If you miss your appointment and have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged your full appointment fee.
